Hi-Low Base

The Leckey Squiggles Seating System can be used in all types of scenarios thanks to the versatile Hi-Low base. The Hi-Low base allows for the child's height to be easily changed via a gas compression foot pedal to ensure they are always ready for eye-to-eye interaction during work, rest, and play.

When relaxation or a change of pressure control is needed, the tilt-in-space feature offers an easy way to achieve it without disturbing overall posture.

Made possible due to a large variety of adjustment possibilities, the Squiggles Seating System is able to grow with your child. The back height is continuously variable by up to 6 cm (2.3"), and the optional shoulder guide permits further growth of 10 cm (3.9"). The seat surface also grows by up to 10 cm (3.9") in width and depth.

Postural Support

Pelvic stability is the basis for comfort and optimal postural support in every therapy chair. The Leckey Squiggles Seating System features a four-point harness designed to promote pelvic comfort and stability while allowing individuals to move their arms freely and independently to interact in activities such as playing, eating, and socializing.

Alongside the four-point pelvic harness, the Leckey Squiggles Seating System's flexible sacral cushion can be shaped to support the sacrum, further enhancing pelvic stability.

Leckey Seating on ZIPPIE Mobility Bases

Perfectly designed for the unique needs of children, the Squiggles seating system helps to support everyday functions at home and in the classroom. Combined with the tilt-in-space ZIPPIE IRIS or ZIPPIE TS bases, the Squiggles now supports functioning while exploring out and about. The innovative interface is available in two sizes with adjustable widths that can be widened as needed to easily accommodate the different sizes of ZIPPIE mobility bases. This provides the opportunity for new and existing Leckey seating system users more choice and flexibility to explore their worlds with the support and comfort they need.
