JAY Arm Troughs help maintain a comfortable and optimal wheelchair positioning of the forearms and hands to improve overall upper body posture and head control. The Arm Trough's contoured design and soft foam also help to reduce the risk of skin breakdown.

Padded Wrist Straps

JAY's Padded Wrist Straps help to gently position the wrists in the desired location to help improve overall upper body posture and head control.
